基于丝网印刷的持续血糖监测试片的制备

摘要 为了降低血糖监测试片的生产成本,提升血糖监测的准确性和时效性,本研究利用丝网印刷制备一种持续血糖监测试片。以聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)为基材,在其表面印刷导电线路,构建类似于原电池结构的监测试片,对其印刷叠印精度、附着力、电化学性能进行测试。结果显示,监测试片印刷后三线重合处的纵横向误差均小于30μm,附着力等级为5B,测试电流波动小于27.89pA。本研究制备的监测试片不仅具有动态持续监测功能,而且印刷质量高,实现了血糖监测材料低成本、高质量的生产制造,有望推动印刷工业与生物医药领域的交叉融合发展。 In this study,continuous blood glucose monitoring test strip was developed based on screen printing technology to reduce the production cost of blood glucose test strip and improve the accuracy and timeliness of blood glucose monitoring.The PET was used as the base material,then the conductive lines were printed on its surface to construct a test strip similar to the galvanic cell structure.The printing overlap accuracy,adhesion,electrochemistry properties of the prepared test strip were also tested.The results showed that the vertical and horizontal errors of the three-line coincidence printed on the test strip are all less than 30μm,the adhesion grade is 5B,the test current fluctuation is less than 27.89pA.The screen printing prepared monitoring test strips have the function of dynamic continuous monitoring.The printing preparation method realizes low-cost and high-quality production of blood glucose monitoring materials which is expected to promote the cross-integration of the printing industry and the biomedical field.
