口罩包装结构创新设计

Innovative Design of Mask Packaging Structure

为了设计绿色防尘、便于取用的口罩包装,本研究首先介绍了折叠纸盒的创新设计方法,并利用该方法对口罩包装结构进行改进设计,然后进行性能测试。结果表明,98%的系绳不会被缠绕。最后根据瓦楞箱尺寸设计原则设计并筛选出最优的瓦楞纸箱方案。利用该创新的折叠纸箱方法对现有包装纸箱的设计改进具有重要的现实意义。

In order to design the green,dust-proof and convenient mask packaging,firstly,the innovative design method of folding cartons was introduced in this study,and the design of the mask packaging structure was improved by using this method.Secondly,the performance test was performed.The results showed that 98%of the lanyard wouldn’t become entangled.Finally,the optimal scheme of corrugated box was designed and selected according to the design principle of corrugated box size.It is of great practical significance to improve the design of existing packaging cartons by using this innovative method of folding cartons.
