甲醇与含碳化合物共进料制高附加值化学品研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 根据我国化石能源赋存现状和煤化工产业发展需要,甲醇制烯烃或芳烃等高附加值化学品研究受到越来越多的关注。其中,由于甲醇反应的放热特性与含碳化合物反应的吸热特性,甲醇与各类含碳化合物共进料制高附加值化学品也逐渐成为研究的热点。本文综述了近年来国内外甲醇与含碳化合物共进料制高附加值化学品的相关研究进展,分别介绍了甲醇与C_(1)分子(CO,CO_(2)和CH_(4))、C_(2)^(+)分子、生物质等共进料制高附加值化学品的技术。相对于单一含碳化合物反应,甲醇耦合共进料在反应过程中由于体系物种浓度和反应温度等的变化,使得深入研究各过程反应机理具有重要意义。在此基础上,开发新的反应工艺及与之匹配的多功能催化剂,有利于扩展原料来源、丰富产品链,并提高反应原子利用率,将成为未来研究甲醇耦合共进料制高附加值化学品的重要方向。 According to the existing situation of fossil energy and the development needs of coal chemical industry in China,the research of high value-added chemicals such as methanol to olefins or aromatics has attracted more and more attention.Among them,due to the exothermic characteristics of methanol reaction and the endothermic characteristics of carbonaceous compounds,the co feeding of methanol and various carbonaceous compounds to produce high value-added chemicals has gradually become a research hotspot.This paper reviewed the relevant research progress in the preparation of high value-added chemicals from the co feeding of methanol and carbonaceous compounds at home and abroad in recent years,and introduced the technology of preparing high value-added chemicals from the co feeding of methanol with C_(1) molecules(CO,CO_(2),CH4),C_(2)^(+)molecules and biomass.Compared with the reaction of single carbonaceous compound,it was of great significance to deeply study the reaction mechanism of each process due to the changes of species concentration and reaction temperature.On this basis,the development of new reaction processes and matched multifunctional catalysts are conducive to expanding the source of raw materials,enriching the product chain and improving the utilization rate of reaction atoms.It may become an important direction for the future research of methanol coupling co feed to produce high value-added chemicals.
