基于QCA方法的员工绿色行为影响因素研究

摘要 随着环境保护逐渐成为企业发展的焦点,员工绿色行为成为研究这一问题的关键。已有研究主要聚焦于变量间的“净效应”,但并没有深入探讨员工绿色行为的复杂性。鉴于此,本研究基于210份企业微观调研数据,利用模糊集定性比较分析方法探讨了员工绿色行为的驱动因素。结果表明:员工绿色行为受到绿色人力资源管理、绿色组织文化、领导行为、绿色自我效能感、环保热情、个人道德规范以及环境知识的联动影响。产生员工绿色行为的组态有6种,其中绿色人力资源管理、领导行为、个人道德规范和环境知识最为关键。 As environmental protection gradually becomes the focus of enterprise development,the employee green behavior has become the key to studying this problem.Previous studies mainly focused on“net effects”among variables,but did not deeply explore the complexity of employee green behavior.In view of this,this study explores the driving factor of employee green behavior using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis methods based on the micro survey data of 210 enterprises.The results show that the employee’s green behavior is influenced by many factors:green human resource management,green organization culture,leadership behavior,green self-efficacy,environmental passion,personal moral norms and environmental knowledge.There are six configurations that generate employee green behavior,among which green human resource management,leadership behavior,personal moral norms and environmental knowledge are the most critical.
