摘要
教师是高职院校实现社会服务职能的重要主体。针对高职教师在开展社会服务过程以及在社会服务能力提升方面存在的问题,梳理分析社会服务的相关国家政策,通过提炼2017-2020年东、中、西部15个省份的高职院校的横向技术服务、纵向科研经费、技术交易、非学历培训和公益性培训服务等指标来分析全国高职院校服务社会的发展现状,并具体分析山东高职教师社会服务能力现状及存在问题,提出完善机制—改变认知—搭建平台—组建团队—双重孵化的高职教师社会服务能力提升路径。
Teachers are important subjects of higher vocational colleges to realize their social service functions. In view of the problems existing in the process of social service and the improvement of social service capabilities for higher vocational teachers,this paper sorts out and analyzes the relevant national policies of social service,and analyzes the development status of the national higher vocational colleges serving the society by taking the horizontal technical services,vertical scientific research funds,technical transactions,non-academic training and public welfare training services from vocational colleges and universities in 15 provinces in the eastern,central and western China from 2017 to 2020. It also analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the social service ability of higher vocational teachers in Shandong Province. Finally,it puts forward a path to improve the social service ability of higher vocational teachers,that is,improving the mechanism-changing the cognition-building a platform-forming a team-double incubation.
