推进新时代乡村振兴,关键在于人才的振兴。在新时代,高职院校承担着更多的培养乡村振兴人才的重要责任。建设乡村振兴学院是实施乡村振兴战略的时代要求、高职院校服务乡村振兴的必然需求、培育新时代新型职业农民的迫切需要。高职院校建设乡村振兴学院推进乡村人才培养存在办学模式还不够成熟、办学职能还不够完善、办学保障还不够到位的现实困境,需要多管齐下探索高职院校乡村振兴学院推进乡村人才培养的新路径。

The key to promoting rural revitalization in the new era lies in the revitalization of talents.In the new era,higher vocational colleges bear more important responsibilities for cultivating rural revitalization talents.The construction of rural revitalization colleges is the requirement of the times to implement rural revitalization strategy,an inevitable demand of higher vocational colleges to serve rural revitalization,and an urgent need to cultivate new types of professional farmers in the new era.However,the way to promote the revitalization of rural talents through the construction of rural revitalization colleges still has many problems such as immature school-running mode,imperfect school-running functions,and inadequate school-running guarantees.Therefore,many approaches are needed to explore new paths for rural revitalization institutes to help revitalize rural talents.
