摘要 根据新冠疫情暴发以来跨境电商在国内市场中的网络零售情况、市场动态以及近年来的人才培养情况,跨境电商人才缺口巨大、人才质量标准日益完善。高职院校作为专业人才培养重地,其跨境电商专业在人才培养过程中存在一些瓶颈,如人才培养目标不清晰、不深入,教学资源不丰富、不完善,师资力量不专业、不成体系,实训环节不成熟、不全面等。跨境电商人才培养模式可以通过优化跨境电商人才培养整体框架、构建“专业+行业”校企共同体模式、构建“导师+师傅”现代学徒制模式、优化跨境电商实践基地等对策进行优化。 According to the online retail situation of cross-border e-commerce in the domestic market since the outbreak of the COVID-19,market dynamics and talent training in recent years,there is a huge talent gap in cross-border e-commerce,and talent quality standards are increasingly improving. As the center for professional talent training,higher vocational colleges have some bottlenecks in the talent training process for their cross-border e-commerce majors,such as unclear and shallow talent training objectives,insufficient and imperfect teaching resources,unprofessional and unsystematic teachers,immature and incomplete training sessions,etc. The training mode of cross-border e-commerce talents can be optimized by optimizing the overall framework for cross-border e-commerce talent training,building a “professional + industry”school-enterprise community model,building a“mentor + Master”modern apprenticeship model,and optimizing cross-border e-commerce practice bases.
