优质护理在女性胆结石手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of high-quality nursing in female gallstone surgery patients

目的:对女性胆结石手术患者应用优质护理的效果进行探究。方法:选择本院收治的接受胆结石手术的女性患者106例纳入本次研究,选取时间为2018年7月至2020年6月。按照硬币法将这些患者划分为常规组(n=53)和优质组(n=53),常规组接受常规护理,优质组在这个基础上接受优质护理。对比两组的并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果:乙组的并发症发生率明显低于甲组,数据检验(P<0.05);乙组的护理满意度明显高于甲组,数据检验(P<0.05)。结论:在女性胆结石手术的治疗中,应用优质护理能够有效降低其并发症发生率,而且患者护理满意度更高。

Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on female gallstone surgery patients.Methods:A total of 106 female patients undergoing gallstone surgery in our hospital were selected for inclusion in this study,and the selection period was from July 2018 to June 2020.According to the coin method,these patients were divided into routine group(n=53)and high-quality group(n=53).The routine group received routine care,and the high-quality group received high-quality care on this basis.The complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The complication rate of group B was significantly lower than that of group A,data inspection(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of group B was significantly higher than group A,data inspection(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of female gallstone surgery,the application of high-quality nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and patient care satisfaction is higher.
