护理干预对提升慢性阻塞性肺病患者生命质量及睡眠质量的效果

Effect of nursing intervention on improving quality of life and sleep in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:分析慢性阻塞性肺病人应用综合性的干预对提升其生命质量及睡眠质量所产生的影响。方法:将慢性阻塞性肺病患者110例随机分成常规组及观察组,所选患者自2018年8月至2020年10月接受治疗,予以常规组常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上予以综合护理。结果:施以护理后观察组生理功能、情感职能等生命质量评分均明显更高,组间差异(P<0.01)。护理前两组PSQI评分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组PSQI评分均低于护理前,组间亦差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺病患者应用综合性护理干预对于提升其生命质量、睡眠质量以及减少相关并发症有重要价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive intervention on improving the quality of life and sleep of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:110 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into routine group and observation group.The selected patients received treatment from August 2018 to October 2020,and were given routine nursing in the routine group.The observation group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Results:After nursing,the scores of physiological function,emotional function and other quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in PSQI scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The PSQI scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and there was also significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is of great value to improve their quality of life,sleep quality and reduce related complications.
