现代农业发展下农村农业科技教育管理面临的发展困境忧思

Thoughts on the Development Dilemma Faced by Rural Agricultural Science and Technology Education and Management under the Development of Modern Agriculture

在现代农业不断创新发展下,农业科技教育的地位愈发突出,不但能促进农业实现高质量和高产量发展,还能实现农村劳动力转移就业;不仅能给现代农业发展提供充足的劳动力资源,还能给城镇输送相关专业人才。然而,从当前的教育管理现状能够看出,其中仍旧不乏一些问题存在,如农业生产劳动力缺乏参与积极性、传统教育形式受到挑战、教育体系缺乏完善性、教育内容选定滞后、教育连续性不强等。需要从政府扶持、农民参与、需求调研、内容选定、形式创新等层面着手,重点探究农村农业科技教育管理的主要对策。

With the continuous innovation and development of modern agriculture,the status of agricultural science and technology education is becoming more and more prominent.It can not only promote the development of agriculture with high quality and high output,but also realize the transfer of rural labor force for employment;It can not only provide sufficient labor resources for the development of modern agriculture,but also transport relevant professionals to cities and towns.However,from the current situation of education management,we can see that there are still some problems,such as the lack of participation enthusiasm of agricultural production labor force,the challenge of traditional education form,the lack of perfection of education system,the lagging selection of education content,the weak continuity of education and so on.It is necessary to explore the main countermeasures of rural agricultural science and technology education management from the aspects of government support,farmers’participation,demand research,content selection and form innovation.
