农村基础教育高质量发展的困境与路径突破

摘要 乡村振兴战略下,我国农村基础教育取得了很大的成绩,但从我国农村基础教育的现状来看,农村基础教育仍面临诸多困难,比如留守儿童问题日益严重,师资队伍建设不如人意,地区发展严重不均衡,这些都将严重影响教育公平的实现。基于基础教育所提供的产品的公共性,政府作为主要投资者应率先落实教育立法,做到有法可依,对各类教育相关主体的行为进行约束;同时为了法律法规的施行与教育政策的落实,加大宣传力度;坚定不移的将教育公平作为第一原则,逐步推进基础教育的均衡发展,为社会进步、国家发展提供源源不断的人力资源供给。 Under the rural revitalization strategy, Chinese countryside elementary education has made great achievements, but from the current situation of countryside elementary education in our country, there exist many difficulties, such as the stay-at-home children problem is increasingly serious, the construction of teaching staff is unsatisfactory, and regional development is seriously unbalanced, which will seriously affect the realization of education fairness. Based on the public nature of the products provided by basic education, the government, as the main investor, should take the lead in implementing education legislation,so as to lay down the law to follow and restrain the behavior of various education-related subjects. At the same time, for the implementation of laws and regulations and the implementation of education policies,enhancing propaganda should be carried out;We will unswervingly take educational equity as the first principle, gradually promoting the balanced development of countryside elementary education and providing continuous supply of human resources for social progress and national development.
