摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是呼吸科的常见病和多发病,环境因素和遗传因素共同参与发病。近年来,随着全基因组关联研究等新方法的应用,研究人员发现了大量与肺功能和COPD相关的基因变异,为COPD的发病机制和潜在治疗靶点提供了新视角。本文就目前基因组学在COPD的研究现状及应用进展进行综述。 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is a common and frequently-occurring disease in the department of respiratory medicine, the pathogenesis of which involves both environmental factors and genetic factors.In recent years, with the application of new methods such as genome-wide association study, researchers have discovered a large number of gene mutations associated with lung function and COPD,providing a new perspective on the pathogenesis of COPD and potential therapeutic targets.This article reviews the research achievements and application progress of genomics in COPD.
