艾萨拉姆港防波堤平面结构验证优化试验研究

摘要 针对“一带一路”涉外工程孟加拉国艾萨拉姆2×660 MW燃煤电厂港口防波堤平面结构,分析影响防波堤稳定性的主要水动力条件,探讨保障港口工程安全稳定需注意的关键技术问题。通过三维整体物理模型试验研究不同方向波浪对港口建筑物安全的影响规律,验证防波堤工程的稳定性情况,分析斜向浪作用下的破坏部位和优化区域,并针对工程特点提出优化方案,保证港口工程的安全性并降低工程造价,研究也说明三维稳定性物理模型试验对港口工程设计和安全的重要性。 Aiming at the plane layout and structure of the port breakwater of the S.ALAM 2×660 MW coal-fired power plant in Bangladesh, a foreign project of "the Belt and Road", in this paper, the main hydrodynamic conditions affecting the stability of the breakwater were analyzed, and the key technical issues that need attention to ensure the safety and stability of the port project were discussed.Through the 3 D stability physical model test, the influence of waves in different directions on the safety of port buildings was studied. The stability of breakwater projects was verified, the damage areas and optimization areas under the action of oblique waves were analyzed, and optimization schemes were proposed for the engineering characteristics to ensure the safety of port projects and reduce the project cost. The importance of 3 D stability tests for port engineering design and safety is also illustrated by the study.
