花生不同组织内生真菌群落多样性及其生态功能结构分析 被引量:1

摘要 本试验通过高通量测序技术研究花生不同组织内生真菌群落多样性,一共获得763 200条有效序列,聚类后得到308个OTU,隶属于9个门,25个纲,51个目,107个科,155个属。根部内生真菌优势属为镰刀菌属(Fusarium)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)、丝孢酵母属(Trichosporon)、Apiotrichum和篮状菌属(Talaromyces),相对丰度分别为13.35%、10.74%、8.32%、6.29%和5.09%;茎部内生真菌优势属为Apiotrichum、丝孢酵母属(Trichosporon)、皮状丝孢酵母属(Cutaneotrichosporon)和曲霉属(Aspergillus),相对丰度分别为17.99%、13.81%、7.60%和5.92%;叶部内生真菌优势属为小光壳属(Leptosphaerulina)和暗球腔菌属(Phaeosphaeria),相对丰度分别为65.64%和27.18%;花部内生真菌优势属为小光壳属(Leptosphaerulina),相对丰度达到95.45%。经FUNGuild软件分析,花生内生真菌共包含地衣共生真菌、未定义腐生菌、动物病原菌、内生菌、木腐菌、植物病原菌、粪生菌、丛枝菌根真菌等17种生态功能群。 Based on high-throughput sequencing technology, the community diversity of endophytic fungi in different tissues of Arachis hypogaea were analyzed.A total of 763 200 valid sequences and 308 OTUs were obtained, which belonged to 9 phyla, 25 classes, 51 orders, 107 families and 155 genera. The predominant genera in root were Fusarium, Aspergillus, Trichosporon, Apiotrichum and Talaromyces with relative abundance of 13.35%, 10.74%, 8.32%, 6.29% and 5.09%, respectively. The predominant genera in stem were Apiotrichum, Trichosporon, Cutaneotrichosporon and Aspergillus with relative abundance of 17.99%, 13.81%, 7.60% and 5.92%, respectively. The predominant genera in leaves were Leptosphaerulina and Phaeosphaeria with relative abundance of 65.64% and 27.18%, respectively. The predominant geneus in flower was Leptosphaerulina with relative abundance of 95.45%. The FUNGuild software analysis displayed that the endophytic fungi of Arachis hypogaea contained 17 functional groups including Lichenized, Undefined Saprotroph, Animal Pathogen, Endophyte, Wood Saprotroph, Plant Pathogen, Dung Saprotroph, Arbuscular Mycorrhizal, et al.
