基于量化评估策略的手术室护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Operating Room Nursing Based on Quantitative Evaluation Strategy in Internal Fixation of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture in the Elderly

目的:探究基于量化评估策略的手术室护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术中的临床应用效果及满意度分析。方法:选取南宁市第一人民医院2021年1月~2021年12月期间收治的老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术患者100例作为研究对象,将患者分为对照组50例、观察组50例,对照组进行手术室常规护理方式,观察组采用基于量化评估策略的手术室护理方式,对比两组患者的生活质量评分、髋关节功能评分、满意率差异。结果:观察组的生活质量评分、髋关节功能评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的满意率为100.00%,高于对照组的79.16%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术中的临床应用基于量化评估策略的手术室护理方式有效提高患者的生活质量与髋关节功能,并且提高患者满意度。

Objective: To explore the clinical application effect and satisfaction analysis of operating room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy in internal fixation of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly. Methods: 100 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated in Nanning first people’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the observation group. The control group received routine nursing in the operating room. The observation group adopted the operating room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy. The quality of life score, hip function score and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of quality of life and hip function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%, higher than 79.16% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical application of the operating room nursing method based on quantitative evaluation strategy in the internal fixation of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly can effectively improve the quality of life and hip function of patients, and improve patient satisfaction.
