复方氟米松软膏联合他克莫司乳膏治疗湿疹的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of compound flumethasone ointment combined with tacrolimus cream in the treatment of eczema

目的探究复方氟米松软膏联合他克莫司乳膏治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年6月本院收治的84例湿疹患者作为研究对象,按掷硬币分组法分为两组,每组42例。对照组采用复方氟米松软膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用他克莫司乳膏治疗,比较两组临床疗效、湿疹恢复情况、免疫反应因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组湿疹面积及严重程度指数(EASI)评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组EASI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、血管内皮细胞黏附因子-1(VCAM-1)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论复方氟米松软膏联合他克莫司乳膏治疗湿疹效果显著,可明显改善免疫状态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of compound flumethasone ointment combined with tacrolimus cream in the treatment of eczema.Methods 84 eczema patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the coin toss method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound flumethasone ointment,and the observation group was treated with tacrolimus cream on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,eczema recovery and immune response factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.62%,which was higher than 78.57%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant dif-ference in the eczema area and severity index(EASI)scores between the two groups;after treatment,the EASI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)and vascular cell adhesion molecule(VCAM-1)between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant differ-ence in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups.Conclusion Compound flumethasone ointment combined with tacrolimus cream has significant effect in the treatment of eczema,can significantly improve the immune status,and is worthy of clinical application.
