摘要
目的探讨沙盘游戏对精神发育迟滞儿童的应用价值。方法选取2019年3月至2020年8月本院收治的70例精神发育迟滞儿童作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组接受经颅磁刺激联合认知训练疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合沙盘游戏治疗,比较两组心理发育、智力发育及日常行为能力。结果入组时,两组发育商(DQ)值、社会能力评分、行为问题评分、韦氏幼儿智力量表(WPPSI)评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗10、20周后,两组儿童心理发育量表DQ值、社会能力评分、行为问题评分、WPPSI量表评分均高于入组时,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙盘游戏可有效提高精神发育迟滞儿童心理发育、智力发育及日常行为能力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of sand table game to children with mental retardation.Methods 70 cases of mental re-tardation children admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to August 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received transcranial magnet-ic stimulation combined with cognitive training therapy,and the observation group was combined with sand table game on the basis of the control group,the psychological development,intellectual development and daily behavior ability between the two groups were compared.Results At the time of enrollment,there were no significant differences in development quotient(DQ)value,social competence score,behavioral problems score and Wechsler preschool and primary scale of intellgence(WPPSI)score between the two groups;after 10 and 20 weeks of treatment,the DQ value,social competence score,behavioral problem score and WPPSI scale score of children in the two groups were all higher than those at the time of en-rollment,and the observation group were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sand table game can effectively improve the mental development,intelligence development and daily behavior ability of children with mental retardation,which is worthy of clinical application.
