基于TLR9/MyD88信号通路探讨针刺干预运动损伤炎症反应的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 Toll样受体9(TLR9)能够通过髓样分化蛋白88(MyD88),激活核因子κB(NF-κB)及干扰素调节因子7(IRF7)诱导宿主固有免疫应答,调节促炎因子释放。线粒体DNA(mtDNA)一直是激活TLR9/MyD88信号通路的关键靶点。近年来研究发现机体很多细胞损伤的炎症反应都可以检测到TLR9及其下游相关蛋白的表达,并都以mtDNA作为配体。而运动损伤极易导致线粒体损伤,触发mtDNA泄露,从而可能激活TLR9/MyD88信号通路。研究表明运动损伤后促炎因子持续表达是导致骨骼肌延迟性肌肉酸痛(DOMS),肌组织纤维化变性重要因素。针刺可以通过神经体液双重调节机制来干预运动损伤病理过程。但目前针刺是否可以通过TLR9/MyD88信号通路来干预运动性损伤炎症反应的研究较少,本文是在综合其他炎症相关疾病研究基础上进行拓展延伸,以期为针刺干预和纠正运动损伤炎症反应寻找新的靶向调控点。 Toll-like receptor 9(TLR9)can induce host innate immune response and regulate proinflammatory factor release through myeloid differentiation protein 88(MyD88),activating nuclear factorκB(NF-κB)and interferon regulatory factor 7(IRF7).Mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)has always been a key target of activating TLR9/MyD88 signaling pathway.In recent years,it has been found that the expression of TLR9 and its downstream proteins can be detected in many cell injury inflammatory reactions,and mtDNA is used as ligand.However,sports injury can easily lead to mitochondrial damage and trigger mtDNA leakage,which may activate TLR9/MyD88 signaling pathway.Studies have shown that the continuous expression of proinflammatory factors after sports injury is an important factor leading to delayed muscle soreness(DOMS)and muscle tissue fibrosis degeneration.Acupuncture can intervene the pathological process of sports injury through neurohumoral regulation mechanism.However,there are few studies on whether acupuncture can intervene the inflammatory response of sports injury through TLR9/MyD88 signal pathway.This paper is to expand and extend the research based on other inflammation-related diseases,in order to find new targeted regulation points for acupuncture intervention and correction of inflammatory response of sports injury.
