基于创新创业教育的民办本科院校应用型人才培养模式研究

Research on the Application-oriented Talent Training Model in Private Undergraduate Colleges Based on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

高等教育作为高质量优秀人才培养的主阵地,应及时完善人才培养模式,重视提高学生创新思维、培养创业能力。基于创新创业教育民办本科院校应用型人才培养模式的基本特征,解读了创新创业教育对应用型人才培养的价值内涵、影响要素,并从加强创新创业教育理念,引进教学管理体系、创新创业人才培养模式,开展个性化教育、调动学生创业热情,加强学生创新实践能力、手段多样化,构建立体化人才培养模式四个方面多维度分析了的路径研究,以期为我国社会进步、国家发展培养具备创新思维、实践能力的应用型人才。

As the main position of high-quality and outstanding talent training,higher education should timely improve the talent training mode,pay attention to improving students’innovative thinking and cultivate entrepreneurial ability.Based on the basic characteristics of private undergraduate education application talent training mode,interpret the value connotation of innovative entrepreneurship education for applied talent training,influence factors,and from strengthen the innovation entrepreneurship education concept,the introduction of teaching management system,entrepreneurial talent training mode,carry out personalized education,mobilize students entrepreneurial enthusiasm,strengthen students’innovation practice ability,diversification,build three-dimensional talent training mode four multi-dimensional path research,in order to for China’s social progress,national development training with innovative thinking,practical ability of applied talents.
