Higher vocational colleges play an important role in talent training,providing a large number of skilled and practical talents for all walks of life.These talents have played a positive role in promoting the development of our country’s social economy.In order to better meet the needs of social development for talents and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the social economy,higher vocational colleges should take the actual needs of the current social and economic development and the talent needs of the industry as the basis,do a good job in the career planning of college students,and give full attention to students’employment guidance,scientifically formulate employment guidance programs to help students clarify their future employment directions and goals.
