产教融合背景下行业英语课程实践教学改革——以《酒店英语》为例 被引量:1

摘要 在全国职业教育大会精神引领下,深化职业教育改革,完善产教融合办学体制,是职业学院实施内涵发展的必然趋势。威海海洋职业学院以“产教融合教学改革”专项课题的形式开展课堂革命,探索实施并推广应用产教融合优秀课程建设成果和经验。《酒店英语》展开了“产教融合”实践教学模式改革,重构课程教学内容,动态对接职业标准;丰富实践教学形式,线上线下混合教学;监管实践教学过程,掌握学生学习进展;革新评价考核机制,提升学生参与活力。《酒店英语》以工作过程系统化为导向开展的教学改革,获得了学生认可,提高了学生参与英语课堂活动的积极性,也激励学生对自己的职业发展有了更清晰的认识和规划。 Under the spiritual guidance of National Vocational Education Conference,deeper reform and integration of production and education is an irresistable trend for voational college to realize quality develpment.Weihai Ocean Vocational College tried to promote course construction and spread its achievements and experiences by establishing a specific course-reforming research subject of integration of production and education.The teaching team of“Hotel English”carried out a practical teaching model reform,tending to reconstruct the teaching content,comply with professional standard,promote online and offline mixed teaching,monitor practical teaching process,master students’learning progress,reform evaluation and assessment mechanism,and promote students’participation in class activities.The teaching reform of“Hotel English”has gained students’compliments,increased students’initiative in English learning,and help them better recognize and plan their future creer.
