基于LabVIEW的氢燃料叉车远程数据管理系统

Remote Data Management System of Hydrogen Fuel Forklift Based on LabVIEW

针对氢燃料叉车新产品上线前需要对氢燃料电池系统进行数据采集管理与故障检测等工作要求,笔者搭建了一套基于LabVIEW软件与ZCloud云平台的氢燃料叉车数据采集管理系统,实现了叉车CAN总线数据上传云平台、信息管理系统上位机设计、DBC文件解析、采集数据的显示与存储功能。最终采集了氢燃料叉车的实际运行数据,结果表明,编制基于LabVIEW的氢燃料叉车远程数据管理软件运行流畅,功能强大,数据管理效果比较理想。

For the work requirements of data collection management and fault detection of hydrogen fuel cell systems before the new product of hydrogen fuel forklift is launched.The author has set up a set of data collection management systems based on LabVIEW software and ZCloud cloud platform,and realized the functions of data uploading to the cloud platform of forklift CAN bus,upper machine design of information management system,DBC file analysis,display and storage of collection data.The actual running data of hydrogen fuel forklift was collected,and the results showed that the prepared remote data management software of hydrogen fuel forklift based on LabVIEW was running smoothly,powerful,and the data management effect was ideal.
