辅导员激发大学生学习动机的策略研究--以动机理论为视角

A Study on the Strategies of Counselors to Stimulate College Students’ Learning Motivation:From the Perspective of the Motivation Theory

近年来,北京、湖北、辽宁等地高校先后清退数名不合格学生。清退现象的出现从侧面反映出目前我国部分高校大学生存在的问题:学习兴趣低,难以保持较强的学习动机和学习意愿。高校辅导员可通过分析大学生学习动机缺乏的原因,思考自身在培养学生学习动机中的作用,以动机理论为切入点,针对如何激发学生学习动机提出策略和建议。

In recent years, colleges and universities in Beijing, Hubei, and Liaoning have successively expelled several unqualified students. The emergence of the phenomenon of expulsion reflects from the side the problems of college students in our country: low interest in learning, difficulty in maintaining a strong motivation and willingness to learn. After analyzing the reasons for the lack of learning motivation of college students, it is necessary for college counselors to think about their own role in cultivating students’ learning motivation, and take the relevant motivation theory as an entry point to put forward strategies and suggestions on how to stimulate students’ learning motivation.
