摘要
顶岗实习支教是师范院校实现“教育扶贫、人才培养”双向共赢的重要举措,为保障顶岗支教实习的质量,乐山师范学院建构了相应的日常管理体系与教育教学指导机制。在实践过程中发现,部分学生存在思想态度不端正、组织纪律淡漠、教育教学能力不足等问题。该文浅析了问题发生的原因,并提出了初步对策。
Voluntary teaching for on-post practice is an important measure for normal colleges and universities to realize the two-way win-win situation of “poverty alleviation through education and talent training”. To ensure the quality of teaching practice, Leshan Normal University has constructed the corresponding daily management system and education and teaching guidance mechanism. But in practice, it is found that some students have some problems, such as ideological and attitude deviation, indifferent organization and discipline, lack of education and teaching ability, and so on. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward some countermeasures.
