该文研究了高职院校交通建设专业学生提升创新能力的工程创新实践项目,分析了现有教学模式下学生创新能力的培养状况,提出了以工程创新项目实践的方式提升学生创新能力的途径。通过工程创新实践平台搭建、学生创新团队组建、工程创新项目建设与实施,完成了面向交通建设岗位群的工程创新实践项目建设流程。

This paper studies the engineering innovation practice project of improving the innovation ability of students majoring in transportation construction in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the cultivation of students’ innovation ability under the existing teaching mode, and puts forward the channel of improving students’ innovation ability by means of engineering innovation project practice. The construction process of engineering innovation practice project for traffic construction post group has been completed through the construction of engineering innovation platform, the formation of student innovation team, the construction and implementation of engineering innovation project.
