摘要
目的探讨基于柯式模型构建胸痛专科护士培训效果的评价体系,为胸痛专科护士的考核评价提供参考依据。方法基于文献回顾、名义小组技术、德尔菲专家函询法及前期构建的胸痛专科护士胜任力指标体系构建培训评价体系。结果共纳入14名函询专家,2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率分别为100%和92.86%,第2轮函询专家的权威系数为0.905,一、二、三级指标重要性的专家意见肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.642、0.394、0.449(P<0.001)。最终构建的评价体系包括一级指标4项,二级指标16项,三级指标51项。结论本研究构建的胸痛专科护士培训评价体系可靠全面,适用性强,可体现胸痛专科护士的培训质量情况,对其考核评价具有广泛的参考价值。
Objective To construct the training evaluation system for nurses specialized in chest pain center based on the Kirkpatrick model.Methods Based on the literature research method,nominal group technique,Delphi expert correspondence method and the competency index system constructed in the early stage,the training evaluation system was constructed.Results It showed that a total of 14 experts were involved in the 2-round consultation,with the response rates being 100%and 92.86%.The authoritative coefficient in the second round of correspondence was 0.905,The Kendall's W of indicators at all levels were 0.642、0.394、0.449(P<0.001).The final index system constructed includes 4 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators,and 51 third-level indicators.Conclusion The training evaluation model of nurses specialized in chest pain center is scientific,comprehensive and practical.It can reflect the training quality of specialist nurses in chest pain center and it has a wide range of reference value for the assessment and evaluation,which is beneficial to the construction and development of specialist nursing team in chest pain center.
