孟鲁司特钠联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效和安全性分析

Efficacy and safety of montelukast sodium combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效和安全性。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月本院收治的84例过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组42例。对照组给予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状积分、血清指标、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组鼻塞、鼻痒、打喷嚏、流清涕评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清指标水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平均低于治疗前,白细胞介素-12(IL-12)均高于治疗前,且观察组IL-4、IgE水平均低于对照组,IL-12高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义,且经对症处理后均消失。结论孟鲁司特钠联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎效果显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,增强免疫功能,利于预后,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of montelukast sodium combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 84 patients with allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray,and the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,serum indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was lower than 78.57%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing and runny nose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum index levels between the two groups.After treatment,the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of interleukin-12(IL-12)were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of IL-4 and IgE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of IL-12 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups,and they disappeared after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,enhance the immune function,and benefit the prognosis,it is worthy of clinical application.
