不同放射线检验方法对冠心病的诊断价值分析

摘要 目的分析不同放射线检验方法对冠心病的诊断价值。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月本院收治的150例冠心病患者作为研究对象,随机分为甲组(X线检查)、乙组(CT检查)与丙组(冠状动脉造影),每组50例,比较3组冠心病检出率、检查时间及费用。结果丙组检出率(98.00%)高于乙组(86.00%)、甲组(72.00%),且乙组检出率高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。丙组检查时间[(20.12±1.34)min]长于甲组、乙组[(5.14±0.55)、(10.06±0.71)min],且乙组检查时间长于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);丙组检查费用[(3154.78±1244.69)元]多于甲组、乙组[(220.24±15.78)、(635.66±37.14)元],且乙组多于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠状动脉造影诊断冠心病准确率最高,X线、CT检查应用范围更广,在实际临床检查诊断中,可综合考虑患者实际情况、医院医疗水平等多种因素,选择最合理的检查方式。 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of different radiological examination methods for coronary heart disease.Methods 150 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects and they were randomly divided into group A(X-ray examination),group B(CT examination)and group C(coronary angiography),with 50 cases in each groups.The detection rate,examination time and cost among the three groups were compared.Results The detection rate of group C(98.00%)was higher than that of group B(86.00%)and group A(72.00%),and the group B was higher than the group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination time of group C([20.12±1.34]min)was longer than that of group A,group B([5.14±0.55],[10.06±0.71]min),and the group B was longer than the group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cost of examination in group C([3154.78±1244.69]yuan)was higher than that in group A and group B([220.24±15.78],[635.66±37.14]yuan),and the group B was higher than the group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Coronary angiography has the highest accuracy in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,and Xray and CT are widely used.In the actual clinical examination and diagnosis,we can comprehensively consider the actual situation of patients,medical level of the hospital and other factors and choose the most reasonable examination method.
