左心耳封堵术对非瓣膜性心房颤动患者认识功能的影响

Effect of left atrial appendage occlusion on cognitive function in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation

目的探究左心耳封堵术对非瓣膜性心房颤动患者认识功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月本院收治的60非瓣膜性心房颤动患者作为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采用抗凝药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合左心耳封堵术治疗,比较两组治疗前、治疗6个月后认知功能评分与脑卒中发生率、病死率。结果治疗前,两组认知功能评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗6个月后,两组认知功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组脑卒中发生率、病死率分别为6.67%、3.33%,均低于对照组的26.67%、20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左心耳封堵术治疗非瓣膜性心房颤动患者效果显著,有助于提高患者的认知功能,降低患者脑卒中发生率、病死率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of left atrial appendage occlusion on cognitive function in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.Methods 60 patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with anticoagulant drugs,and the observation group was treated with left atrial appendage occlusion on the basis of the control group,the cognitive function scores before and after 6 months of treatment,stroke incidence and mortality were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in cognitive function scores between the two groups;after 6 months of treatment,the cognitive function scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of stroke and mortality in the observation group were 6.67%and 3.33%,respectively,which were lower than 26.67%and 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Left atrial appendage occlusion has significant effect in the treatment of patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation,which is helpful to improve the cognitive function of patients,reduce the incidence of stroke and mortality,and is worthy of clinical application.
