透明帽辅助内镜下硬化术治疗Ⅰ与Ⅱ期内痔的临床价值

Clinical value of transparent cap-assisted endoscopic sclerotherapy in the treatment of stageⅠandⅡinternal hemorrhoids

目的探讨透明帽辅助内镜下硬化术治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期内痔的临床价值。方法选取2019年8月至2020年10月本院门诊收治或住院的40例内痔患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,每组20例。实验组行透明帽辅助内镜下硬化术,对照组行肛门镜下内痔硬化注射术,比较两组并发症发生率、临床疗效、满意度及术后6个月复发率。结果实验组并发症发生率为5.0%,低于对照组的35.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组痊愈率为90.0%,显著高于对照组的55.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组满意度为95.0%,显著高于对照组的65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月无复发患者;术后6个月,实验组复发率为5.0%,显著低于对照组的35.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透明帽辅助内镜下硬化术治疗痔Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者效果显著,手术并发症少,患者满意度高,术后复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of transparent cap-ssisted endoscopic sclerotherapy in the treatment of stage I and II internal hemorrhoids.Methods 40 patients with internal hemorrhoids admitted or hospitalized in our hospital from August 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with transparent cap-assisted endoscopic sclerotherapy,while the control group was treated with internal hemorrhoid sclerotherapy under anoscope,the incidence of complications,clinical efficacy,satisfaction and 6-month recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 5.0%,which was lower than 35.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate of the experimental group was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than 55.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than 65.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no recurrence after 3 months;6 months after operation,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 5.0%,which was significantly lower than 35.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transparent cap-assisted endoscopic sclerotherapy in the treatment of patients with stageⅠandⅡhemorrhoids has significant effect,less surgical complications,high patient satisfaction,and low postoperative recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
