血清T细胞亚群在泌尿系结石致上尿路感染诊断中的临床价值

Clinical value of serum T cell subsets in the diagnosis of upper urinary tract infection caused by urinary calculi

目的探究血清T细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))在泌尿系结石致上尿路感染诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月本院收治的60例确诊泌尿系结石致上尿路感染患者(观察组)与60例确诊泌尿系结石但未感染的患者(对照组)作为研究对象,采用间接免疫法检测T细胞亚群,比较两组血清CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平及血清水平变化性别分布情况。结果观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均低于对照组,CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组组内男女CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平比较差异无统计学意义;观察组男女CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均低于对照组,CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泌尿系结石致上尿路感染诊断中采用外周血T细胞亚群检测,可更好地帮助诊断患者是否出现尿路感染,为以后的治疗提供诊断依据。

Objective To explore the clinical value of serum T cell subsets CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)in the diagnosis of upper urinary tract infection caused by urinary calculi.Methods 60 patients with upper urinary tract infection caused by urinary calculi(observation group)and 60 patients with urinary calculi but not infected(control group)admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020,and they were selected as the study subjects.Detection of T cell subsets by indirect immunoassay,the levels of serum CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and gender distribution of serum levels were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^(+)was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)between men and women between the two groups;the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in men and women in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of CD8^(+)were higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of peripheral blood T cell subsets in the diagnosis of upper urinary tract infection caused by urinary calculi can better help to diagnose whether patients have urinary tract infection,and provide a diagnostic basis for future treatment.
