炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合桂枝茯苓治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床疗效及对患者血清性激素和预后的影响

Clinical efficacy of ethinylestradiol cyproterone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome and its effect on serum sex hormone and prognosis

目的探究炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合桂枝茯苓治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床疗效及对患者血清性激素、预后的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2021年4月本院收治的68例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,各34例。对照组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,研究组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血清性激素水平及预后情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的79.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)水平比较差异无统计学意义。两组早产率、流产率比较差异无统计学意义;研究组妊娠率、足月分娩率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合桂枝茯苓治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕疗效显著,可有效调节患者血清性激素,提高妊娠率,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ethinylestradiol cyproterone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome and its effect on serum sex hormone and prognosis.Methods 68 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets,and the study group was treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule.The clinical efficacy,serum sex hormone level and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.12%,which was higher than 79.41%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol 2(E2)between the two groups.There was no significant difference in preterm birth rate and abortion rate between the two groups;the pregnancy rate and full-term delivery rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ethinylestradiol cyproterone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule is effective in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome,it can effectively regulate serum sex hormones,improve pregnancy rate and have good prognosis,it is worthy of clinical application.
