幼小衔接视域下小学教师的环境创设专业能力:挑战与对策 被引量:4

Primary School Teachers'Professional Competence in Environment Creation under the Policy of Transition from Kindergarten to Primary Schools:Challenges and Solutions

摘要 幼小衔接新政策使得小学教师的环境创设素养问题凸显出来。结合相关专业标准中有关环境创设的要求来看,小学教师的环境创设理念薄弱、环境创设知识和方法的缺失以及环境创设能力的不足问题突出,小学教师的环境创设专业能力亟待提升。当下,临时补充具备环境创设素养的教师是落实幼小衔接政策的应急之举;能力本位的培训是全面提升小学教师环境创设素养的长效措施;基于幼小衔接的契机赋权小学教师,让他们成为环境创设的主人是从根本上转变小学教育忽视环境创设的观念,且符合未来学习空间设计的理念治本之策。 The new policy of connecting kindergarten and primary school education has highlighted primary school teachers'environment creation literacy.Considering the requirements of environmental creation in relevant professional standards,such problems as weak conceptions of environment creation,lack of knowledge and methods of environment creation,and low environment creation ability are prominent among primary school teachers.Thus arises an urgent necessity to enhance the professional quality of environment creation of primary school teachers.At present,temporary recruitment of teachers with environment creation literacy is an emergency measure to implement the policy of connecting the kindergarten and primary schools;Competency-based training is a long-term measure to the overall improvement of the environment creation literacy of primary school teachers.Empowering primary school teachers in the context of kindergarten and primary school transition and enabling them to be the agents of environment creation is a solution to fundamentally change the concept of neglecting environment creation in primary school education,which is in line with the concept of future learning space design.
