摘要
在大数据浪潮席卷的背景下,国内外出版行业对数据应用与数据服务展开了探索,并借此契机开展数智化转型升级。文章在厘清出版行业数据服务的内涵与实践、探析出版行业数据服务发展与出版行业数智化之间逻辑关系的基础上,指出需构建面向数智化建设的出版行业数据服务体系,并尝试探索面向数智化建设的出版行业数据服务体系的构建路径:首先,将出版行业数据服务体系定位为“数据资源集成中心”“数据管理中心”和“用户服务提供中心”三大功能中心;其次,根据功能定位设计出版行业数据服务体系的总体架构;最后,提出“树立数据思维”“建立多元机制”“实施平台化战略”和“推进场景化应用”四个切实落实数据服务体系构建的具体抓手,以期实现数据服务体系对出版行业数智化的高效赋能,进而提升出版行业数智化水平。
Under the background of big data,the publishing industry at home and abroad has explored data applications and data services and taken this opportunity to carry out digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading.On the basis of clarifying the connotation and practice of data services in the publishing industry and analyzing the logical relationship between the development of data services and the digitalization of the publishing industry,this paper points out that it is necessary to build a data service system for the digitalization of the publishing industry,and attempts to explore the construction path of the publishing industry data service system:first,the publishing industry data service system is positioned as the three functional centers of"data resource integration center","data management center"and"user service provision center";secondly,the overall structure of the data service system in the publishing industry should be designed according to the functional orientation;finally,four points are put forward for the practical implementation of the construction of the data service system,namely,"establishing data thinking","establishing multiple mechanisms","implementing platform strategy"and"promoting scenario application",in order to realize the efficient empowerment of the data service system to the transformation of the publishing industry,and then improve the digital intelligent construction level of the publishing industry.
