摘要
2019年,国务院印发了职教二十条,提出要在职业院校启动学历证书与多个专业技术等级证书相结合的人才培养制度。实施“1+X”证书制度的目的是要求高校在培养学生专业技能的同时,通过多种学习途径来获取多项本领,以强化学生自身的岗位适应能力。1+X证书制度与高职院校的三教改革之间是相互促进、相辅相成的关系,两者共同指向产教融合。在1+X证书制度驱动背景下,计算机应用专业应当在构建新型人才培养目标、创建新型教学模式、打造具有X技能的教师队伍、开发具有地域特色的校本教材等方面做出努力。
In 2019, the State Council issued 20 articles on vocational education, proposing to launch a talent training system combining academic certificates and multiple professional and technical level certificates in vocational colleges. The purpose of implementing the "1 + X " certificate system is to require colleges and universities to acquire multiple abilities through a variety of learning ways while cultivating students’ professional skills, so as to strengthen their post adaptability. The relationship between the 1 + X certificate system and the reform of three education in higher vocational colleges is mutual promotion and complementarity. The two point to the integration of industry and education. Under the background of 1 + X certificate system, computer application specialty should make efforts from the aspects of constructing new talent training objectives, creating new teaching modes, building a team of teachers with X skills, and developing school-based teaching materials with regional characteristics.
