摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法探究运动教育模式排球教学方法对高等医学院校大学生身心健康的影响。结果:(1)排球运动教育模式能够有效提升大学生的排球课成绩和体质健康,特别是大学生的立定跳远和坐位体前屈成绩,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)排球运动教育模式能有效降低大学生的运动认知特质焦虑,并提升大学生的体育锻炼态度,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:(1)排球运动教育模式能够有效提升大学生的排球课成绩、下肢力量和下肢柔韧性;(2)排球运动教育模式能够有效降低大学生的运动认知特质焦虑,并提升大学生的体育锻炼态度。建议:(1)借鉴运动教育模式的成功经验,构建本土化的排球运动教育模式;(2)创设真实的竞赛场景为大学生排球学习搭建自主发展的舞台;(3)理论联系实践,促进排球运动教育模式落地生根。
The influence of volleyball teaching method on the physical and mental health of medical college students was studied by means of literature, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics. Results :(a)volleyball education model can effectively improve the volleyball class scores and physical health of college students, especially the standing long jump and sitting body bending scores, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(b)Volleyball education model can effectively reduce college students’ motor cognitive trait anxiety and improve their physical exercise attitude, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:(a)volleyball sports education model can effectively improve students’ volleyball performance, lower limb strength and lower limb flexibility;(b)Volleyball education model can effectively reduce the anxiety of sports cognitive traits of college students and improve their physical exercise attitude. Suggestions:(a)To draw lessons from the successful experience of sports education model to construct a localized volleyball education model;(b)To create a real competition scene for college students volleyball learning to build independent development stage;(c)To combine theory with practice to promote volleyball education model to take root.
