摘要 本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法等研究方法论证了创新教学手段,对高台助跑起跳练习对挺身式跳远空中动作开展了应用研究。经过8周的教学实验后发现高台助跑起跳练习在对挺身式跳远技术动作指标产生影响,即:高台助跑起跳练习能够促进学生掌握挺身式跳远腾空阶段技术动作;有利于助跑与起跳动作的衔接;对于跳远运动成绩的提高具有一定作用。 This paper uses the research methods of literature review, expert interview and experiment to demonstrate the innovative teaching means and the application of high platform run-up and take-off practice to the air movement of long jump. After 8 weeks of teaching experiment, it is found that the high platform run-up and take-off practice has an impact on the technical action indicators of the push-up long jump, and the high platform run-up and take-off practice can promote the students’ mastery of the technical action in the take-off stage of the push-up long jump;It is conducive to the connection between run-up and take-off;It plays a certain role in improving the performance of long jump.
