AGIL分析视域下体育产业数字化人才培养研究

Research on Digital Talent Training for Sports Industry under AGIL Analysis Vision

数字化人才培养是体育产业高质量发展的重要方面。在科技时代背景下,本文基于产业经济学基本理论,运用AGIL理论模型探究体育产业数字化人才培养路径。研究表明:体育产业数字化人才培养存在体育专业教育同质化;培养目标定位不精准;人才流动配置缺乏保障;人才评价机制不健全等困境。对策建议:以科技为引领,以专业教育突显体育教育特点;以市场为风向标,靶向培养数字化人才;以服务为宗旨,加强人才流动基本保障;以效果为抓手,完善数字化人才评价机制。

Digital talent training is the key engine for high quality development of sports industry. In the context of the technological era, based on the basic theories of industrial economics, the AGIL theoretical model was used to explore the digital talent training path in the sports industry. The results show: there is the homogenization of sports professional education in sports industry;the training target positioning is not precise;there is a lack of guarantee of talent flow and allocation;talent evaluation mechanism is not sound. It is suggested that the professional education guided by science and technology should be the highlight of the characteristics of physical education;we should train market-targeted digital talents, strengthen the basic guarantee of talent flow, take the effect as the starting point, and improve the digital talent evaluation mechanism.
