摘要 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和调查法等研究方法对羽毛球的技术特点进行分析,并从人体解剖学与生物力学的角度剖析膝关节的解剖学特征、生物力学特征以及膝关节内部生理结构特点,详细剖析其弱势所在,明确膝关节在羽毛球运动中的生理弱势及某种身体姿态下的致损原因。运用Mechelen的四步伤害预防模型,对羽毛球运动中常见的膝关节损伤提出科学的诊断方法,探讨其康复措施及预防策略。 The technical characteristics of badminton are analyzed in this paper by methods of literature review, expert interviews and investigation, and the anatomical characteristics, biomechanical characteristics and internal physiological structure characteristics of the knee joints are analyzed from the perspective of human anatomy and biomechanics. The physiological weaknesses of the knee joint in badminton and the causes of damage under a certain body posture have been analyzed and clarified. Using Mechelen four-step injury prevention model, a scientific method for diagnosing common knee injuries in badminton has been proposed, and its rehabilitation measures and prevention strategies have been discussed.
