高炉原燃料管理“3+3<2”模式探索应用

摘要 “高产、优质、低耗、长寿”是高炉强化冶炼的方针,长期稳定顺行是实现强化冶炼方针的基础,如何实现高炉长期稳定顺行,需要众多细节管控,高炉原燃料管理是重中之重。总结2020年高炉原燃料管理优缺点,2021年探索原燃料新的管理模式,通过三种管理、技术手段的运用,紧盯三种管控指标情况,实现高炉入炉粉末小于2%,为高炉长期稳定顺行和产能发挥奠定了坚实的基础。 "High yield, high quality, low consumption, longevity" is the policy of blast furnaces to strengthen smelting, long-term stability is the basis for the realization of the strengthening of smelting policy, how to achieve long-term stability of blast furnaces, requires a lot of detail control, blast furnace raw fuel management is a top priority. Summarize the advantages and disadvantages of blast furnace raw fuel management in 2020, explore new management models for raw fuels in 2021, through the application of three kinds of management and technical means, keeping a close eye on three kinds of control indicators, the blast furnace charging powder is less than 2%, which lays a solid foundation for the long-term stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace and the production capacity.
