柳钢6号高炉炉役后期冷却壁漏水处理技术

摘要 总结了柳钢6号高炉(1 500 m^(3))炉役后期的生产,存在设备老化、炉身冷却壁大量破损、炉缸侧壁温度偏高等问题,影响着高炉的稳定顺行、安全生产和高炉的寿命。采用了高炉软水日常监控漏水方法、漏水后冷却壁的监管控方法及内外部影响时的操作预警机制法,降低冷却壁破损漏水和及时发现冷却壁漏水,避免大量水漏入高炉造成高炉事故,确保高炉炉况稳定顺行,为高炉炉役后期的安全生产和延长高炉寿命提供有力的保障,达到降本增效目的。 The problems of equipment aging, large amount of damage of furnace cooling wall and high temperature of furnace side wall during late service of no.6 blast furnace(1 500 m^(3)) at Liuzhou Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. are summarized, which affect stable running, safe production and blast furnace life. Adopted the blast furnace soft water daily monitoring leakage method, water cooling wall after regulatory control method and the operation of the internal and external impact method awacs, reduce the cooling stave damage leakage and timely find the cooling wall leakage, avoid a lot of water leakage into the blast furnace blast furnace caused by accident, ensure the stable anterograde of blast furnace condition by blast furnace late ensure safe production and extend the life of the blast furnace, achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
