摘要
某再生铅企业主要对周边冶炼企业产生的含铅烟灰、铅泥等含铅废渣进行回收利用,由于上游产业技术的进步,废渣来料品位略有降低,原料水分普遍较高(≥20%),造成生产调配困难,金属回收率下降明显。该企业对原料增加了烘干预处理生产线,经处理后原料的含水量降低(≤2%),满足现有生产线对原料相关要求。
A reclaimed lead enterprise mainly recyles and uses the waste slag containing lead, such as lead soot and lead mud produced by the surrounding smelting enterprises. Due to the progress of upstream industry technology, the grade of waste slag incoming material is slightly reduced, and the moisture of raw material is generally higher(≥20%), resulting in production and allocation difficulties, and the metal recovery rate decreases significantly. The company added a drying and pretreatment production line for raw materials, and the water content of raw materials after treatment was reduced(≤2%), meeting the relevant requirements of existing production lines for raw materials.
