延长富氧粉煤侧吹熔化炉炉期的工业生产实践

摘要 本文针对富氧粉煤侧吹熔化炉生产运行、设备设施等方面出现的粉煤喷枪烧损及堵塞、烟尘着火、炉壳粉煤爆燃、炉内氛围失调等影响制约炉期的问题,经深入分析研判,归纳总结富氧粉煤侧吹熔化炉操控规律,采取控制反应温度为1 050~1 250℃、侧吹喷枪富氧空气流量为550~750 Nm^(3)/h、压力为220~260 kPa、铁硅比为1.2~2.5、钙硅比为0.9~1.2等措施,延长开炉周期。 This paper focuses on solving the problems arising from the operation of side blowing melting furnace for oxygen enriched pulverized coal and from related equipment and facilities that restrict the furnace period. These problems include the burning loss and blockage of the pulverized coal spray gun, the fire of soot and dust, the detonation of pulverized coal in the furnace shell, and the imbalance of the atmosphere in the furnace, etc. Via in-depth analyzing and summarizing the operation laws of the ox-enriched pulverized coal side blowing furnace, the furnace life is extended tremendously extended by controlling the reaction temperature at 1 050~1 250 ℃, the oxygen enriched air flow at 550~750 Nm^(3)/h, the pressure at 220~260 kPa, meanwhile with the iron-silicon ratio and calcium-silicon ratio kept in the range of 1.2~2.5 and 0.9~1.2, respectively.
