摘要
结合广州市花都区土洞溶洞发育地区实际工程,高层建筑地基基础设计遇到这种不利情况时,根据勘察资料及超前钻资料提出桩径为800~1200 mm,桩长为9~27 m的冲孔桩桩型。并阐述冲孔桩施工过程中为确保桩的施工质量采取慢速浇灌混凝土成桩的办法及成桩后检测要素及施工过程中容易出现质量问题预防措施、工程桩工程质量通病处理措施,为同类工程提供参考。
Based on the actual project of soil cave and karst cave development area in Huadu District,Guangzhou city,when the design of high-rise building foundation meets this unfavorable situation,according to the survey data and advanced drilling data,the pile diameter is 800~1200 mm,and the pile length is 9~27 m.The method of slowly pouring concrete to ensure the construction quality of the punching pile and the detection factors after the construction of the pile as well as the preventive measures to deal with the common quality problems in the construction process of the engineering pile are expounded,which provides a reference for similar projects.
