摘要
为解决某市政工程深淤泥层桥梁承台基础,淹没水位高,建筑构件结构大,施工工期较长,基坑较深,安全隐患风险系大等问题。采用钢围堰循环抽水法施工,对承台施工过程、注意事项、施工质量控制等进行了详细的论述。采用循环抽水法对桥梁承台施工,能有效地保障作业环境,确保安全生产;新施工技术和工艺的使用,大大缩短了施工工期;每个承台节约钢板桩租赁费为5万元,5个承台合计节约25万元,节约挖掘机台班费约23万元,减少窝工损失、节约管理费等约10万元,综合节约成本58万元,有效地节约了施工的成本。
In order to solve the problems of deep silt layer bridge abutment foundation,high submerged water level,large building component structure,long construction period,deep foundation pit,large safety risks and so on.The construction process,matters needing attention and construction quality control of the cap are discussed in detail.The bridge cap can effectively guarantee the working environment and ensure safe production;the use of new construction technology and process greatly reduces the construction period.The lease cost of steel plate pile is RMB 50000 yuan,RMB 250000 yuan for 5 cap,RMB 230000 yuan,RMB 100000 yuan,in reduction of work losses and management fees,and a comprehensive cost savings of 580000 yuan,effectively saving construction costs.
