摘要
抗压强度是蒸压加气混凝土砌块的主要力学性能指标,而含水率是影响蒸压加抗压强度检测结果的重要因素。通过对不同含水率、不同含水率调节方式对抗压强度的影响进行了试验研究,结果表明随着含水率增大,抗压强度明显降低,含水率为30%时,强度比绝干状态下降低28.7%;采用不同方式调节含水率时,相同含水率条件下,绝干浸水法>六面喷水闷料法>水饱和烘干法。对蒸压加气混凝土砌块的试验检测、质量控制等工作提供技术参考。
Compressive strength is the main mechanical property index of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks,as moisture content is an important factor affecting the result of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks.Effects of different moisture content and different adjusting methods on compressive strength were experimentally studied.Testing results showed that the compressive strength decreasing obviously with the increasing of water conten,when the water content at 30%,the strength decreased 28.7%comparing with dry condition.When the moisture content was adjusted in different methods,under the condition of the same moisture content,the absolute dry soaking method>six side water spraying and stuffing method>water saturated drying method.Supplying technical reference for the testing,inspection and quality control of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks.
