乡村振兴,人才为要。实施人才振兴,一方面是要在农村着力打造一支懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的人才队伍,另一方面就是要组织引导各类人才向农村集聚,并为他们干事创业、实现梦想搭建平台、营造环境。重点是要突出农村发展实际需求,抓住“乡土人才”这个主要对象,着力“引、育、用、留”四个关键环节,把优秀人才资源向基层一线集聚,将人才工作向服务乡村振兴聚焦,健全有利于各类人才干事创业的政策体系,蓄人才之水养发展之鱼,着力打造一支敢担当、敢创业、敢带头的乡村振兴人才队伍,积极带领群众增收致富,为乡村振兴提供坚强的人才支撑。

Talents are the key to rural revitalization. To implement talent revitalization, on the one hand, we should strive to build a talent team in rural areas that understands agriculture, and loves the countryside and farmers. On the other hand, we should organize and guide all kinds of talents to gather in rural areas, and build a platform and environment for them to start businesses and realize their dreams. This paper proposes the following measures to achieve such objectives:(1) Highlight the actual needs of rural development, and rely mainly on local talents.(2) Focus on these four steps of "introduction, education, employment and retention" to gather excellent talent resources to the grass-roots front line.(3) Navigate talent work to serve the revitalization of rural areas, and improve the policy system conducive to the entrepreneurship in all kinds of talent officers.(4) Pool talents to nourish development, and strive to build a team that is responsible and adventurous, actively leading the masses to increase income and get rich, and providing strong talent support for rural revitalization.
