Value,Dilemma and Countermeasures of Developing Rural Grassroots Cadres in Guangzhou under Background of Rural Revitalization

为提高广州市基层干部综合能力,广州市于2012年推出“羊城村官上大学”工程,委托广州市广播电视大学实施。经过十年实践探索,建构了农村基层干部人才培养模块化教学内容体系和活页式混合教学方式,形成了“双螺旋递进”培养农村基层干部新路径。广州的实践和探索,为全力实施“乡村振兴战略”,加快推进“三农”工作,培养造就坚强有力的农村基层党组织带头人队伍提供了广州范式。

In order to improve the comprehensive ability of grassroots cadres in Guangzhou,Guangzhou Radio and Television University undertook the Project of Goat City's Rural Officials Going to University in 2012.Ten years of practice and exploration has witnessed evolution of a model in developing rural grassroots cadres,which features modularized teaching content system,a loose leaf hybrid teaching method,and route of double spiral progressiveness,and a Guangzhou-characterized paradigm has developed in fully implementing the national Rural Revitalization Strategy,promoting the project of Agriculture,Rural areas and Farmers,and cultivating a strong team of leaders for rural grass-roots party organizations.
