摘要 本研究设计出一种用于辅助路边停车的可变坡道装置。在城市道路中,要将机动车道与人行道分开,通常采用的方法是设置路肩从而产生高度差,这种设计导致汽车的通过性变差,甚至导致车辆无法行驶。本研究设计的装置可适配多种车辆,其在受力后会发生形态上的改变,从而变成坡道。该产品在使用时会产生一个斜坡,方便车辆驶出或驶入道路,更方便车辆在路边停靠。当施加在该产品上的力消减后其会自动复位,既不影响美观,又具有经济实用价值,通过弹簧的拉伸和复位使其产生运动,并对可变式坡道进行整体设计,运用Ansys Workbench对其主要受力部位进行有限元分析。仿真结果表明,本研究所设计的辅助路边停车可变坡道装置设计合理。 In this study,a variable ramp device was designed to assist roadside parking.In urban roads,to separate the motor vehicle lane from the sidewalk,the usual method is to set the shoulder to produce height difference.This design leads to poor passing of the vehicle,and even causes the vehicle to be unable to travel.The device designed in this study can be adapted to a variety of vehicles,and the product will change its shape after loading,thus becoming a ramp.The product will produce a slope in use,which is convenient for vehicles to drive out or into the road,and more convenient for vehicles to stop at the roadside.When the force applied on the product is reduced,it will automatically reset,which does not affect the aesthetics and has economic and practical value.The spring is stretched and reset to make it move.The overall design of the variable ramp is carried out,and the Ansys Workbench is used to carry out the finite element analysis of the main stress parts.The simulation results show that the design of auxiliary roadside parking variable ramp device is reasonable.
