摘要
本研究设计出一种自动衣物折叠器,其由五部分构成。其中,吊轨角度控制装置使用滚珠丝杆推动连杆来传送衣物;衣物分离装置使用凸轮机构来分离衣物;自动卸衣装置通过机械爪按取机构来完成卸衣操作;衣物折叠装置则采用两步式方案,先错位掉落对折再吸附折叠,不仅实现了对衣物的折叠,还能保证衣物的平整性;衣物收集装置由翻转及弹簧压板机构组成。通过对各部分进行顺序控制,从而实现对衣物折叠过程的全自动化。最后进行样机的制作和功能演示,结果表明:该衣物折叠器结构合理、性能稳定,具有较大的市场应用前景。
This study designs an automatic clothes folding device,which consists of five parts.Among them,the rail angle control device uses a ball screw to push the connecting rod to transfer clothing;the clothing separation device uses cam mechanism to separate clothing;the automatic unloading device completes unloading operation through mechanical claw pressing mechanism;the clothing folding device adopts a two-step scheme,which first misplaces the falling pair and then folds by adsorption,not only realizing the folding of clothing,but also ensuring the smoothness of clothing.The clothing collection device is composed of turnover and spring pressing mechanism.Through the sequence control of each part,the complete automation of clothing folding process is realized.Finally,the production and function demonstration of the prototype are carried out.The results show that the garment folding device has reasonable structure and stable performance,and has great market application prospects.
